We started this board so the contestants would have a place to ask questions, discuss any issues they may have with our upcoming events, to check the #'s in thier groups and to get any new information regarding our pageant system. For this reason, we have cleared the board and turned off html until after our SC State event.

CHANGES
1. Because of the age/size difference in 14&up we have decided to split that division to 14-16 and 17&up. There is still no fallback age day of pageant.
2. We have added (yes added!) gifts/toys for all division Queens, Novice Supremes, Grand Supremes and Highpoint. These toys / gifts are extremely nice!!

INFORMATION

1. Camera's and camcorders will NOT be allowed in the ballroom. Memories in Motion will be providing your videography and photography needs. If you would like a video or stage pictures of your child see Memories in Motion the day of the pageant.
2. Keep in mind our registration times are as follows:
Friday 1/18 - Early Registration 7:00 pm - 10:00pm
Saturday 1/19 8:00am - 9:00 am
THESE TIMES ARE FIRM! We run on a a schedule and we cannot stop in the middle of the pageant to register someone. This makes it hard on us as well as the contestants that have already registered.
3. We have had some contestants voice thier concerns over the stage at that location. Since this is a new area to us we have not had the opportunity to view the stage. Although, Carol and I will be arriving at the hotel Friday morning and at that time we will check to see if the stage is acceptable. Rest assured that we have lined up a rental stage just in case the hotel stage is not acceptable. Anyone that attended our Nationals can tell you that we take pride in having a beautifully decorated large stage!
4. We also understand that usually if you do swimwear you wear your hair in a beauty style or similiar. To make it easier on the contestants we will have the following modeling line-up for all divisions:
1. Beauty Competition
2. Those competing in Swimwear/Casualwear
3. Sportswear Competition
4. Crowning Ceremony
5. For those not planning on staying at the hotel we will be providing a small ballroom for you to change in, do your h/m, ect. This will make it easier on you if you live close by and plan on attending.
6. Carol and I will be at the hotel Friday (by noon) if anyone has any last minute questions feel free to call and ask.

Keep in mind these are not actual figures. These are just the contestants we have pre-registered. We have no way of knowing how many will register at the door since we do allow door entries. We will update this list as we receive entry forms.
