Subject: 2000 Galant timing belt

I have a 2000 Galant ES with an 16 valve 4-cylinder engine.
I'm not sure if it is single or dual OHC. (Which I know is crucial to get the correct answer for the following question.)How do I change the timing belt, or is there any where out there that I can download instructions on how to do this? This car is just about to hit 60,000 and I think it should be changed. Any help would be greatly apreciated!!
