Subject: 1999 Honda Accord

I recently replaced a battery in my accord. Now I have
a message on the tuner "code E" and the unit will not
function in either radio or cd mode. The owners manual
instructs to see dealer. Is there a way to clear the code
with out going to the dealer for service? Thanks
