Subject: 351 cam

i had a 74 351 block that was knocking.i got a 90 351 blockand put my cam from the 74 block in the 90 block.the car has oil pressure for about 5 minutes then gauge goes to 0 and lifters start rattling.could the cam from old block changed oil pressure..
