Subject: belt

hello, my car is making a weird noise that suonds like the belt only i dont know what kind of belt it is. if i am looking at the car from the front it is on the passenger side of the car. does anyone know what belt that is and how much it is to replace? or if i have to replace it at all. also, the car runs a little rough when at a light. what could that be?
