Subject: in-line filter on transmission

were is the in-line filter on the auto trans on a 1988 prelude.

my transmisson will not catch going into third. all it does is it shifts from second and then just falls out of gear and will not catch. could it be a bad filter, or could it be. the transmission is just dead.
