Subject: 99 Taurus SE / Sony CDX757 Question

Hello.
I was wondering if someone with prior experience with Tauruses and/or Sony CD changers could help me answer this... I need to find an adapter which will allow me to hook my Changer (CDX757) up to my factory tape deck...it is a base deck but has changer controls on it...Preferably I'd like to find a way to set it up Without an RF kit...If anyone thinks they can help please reply or better yet e-mail... Thanks for your time.
