Subject: AUTO-TRANS CHATTER DURING SHIFTING

1996 Mitsubishi Mirage, 3 speed automatic transmission. Transmission was replaced by dealer. It now has 50,000 mles on it, and at time I get some chatter when shifting into second gear. It only does this once or twice a week. Today I got a bit of chatter when moving transmission shilter into drive. The Chatter when engaging drive and when shifting into second gear only lasts for a second or so. When car is accellerated rapidly from standing stop no shifting chatter is experienced. It is as if the fluid pump is not doing its job at slow accelleration or low engine RPM? Fluid is full and clean. Any suggestions?
