Subject: 1998 Mitubishi Galant

I have 1998 Mitsubishi galant and for some reason, the dash board part along the windshield and the passenger air bag cover has raised or warped. I tried pushing it down but that does not work. Any suggestions? Know of any place that sells this part aside from probably the dealer? Your help is greatly appreciated.
