you know what's really cool, is that once the press release is all said and done, we can hand one to Arthur Spivak...that way the entire thing will look so much more professional, and it will give him a good impression of our event, AND make him want to help out even more. I can call him either tomorrow or Wednesday and try to set up a time where we can stop by his office and deliver the press release to him personally. then we can either a) ask him to be our guest speaker and talk to the audience for about 10-15 minutes, explaining to all of them exactly how RAINN was founded...b)if he cannot be a guest speaker but still wants to lend a hand, we can wait for him to offer something, whether it be signed Tori Items, advanced copies of her cd, other merchandise, etc.

Sorry this post kinda detoured from its original intent, but i'm just really excited about this whole PRESS RELEASE thing! it makes us sound like we actually know what we're doing lol ALSO, we can totally take our chances and just send a few to the big agencies like "Creative Artist Agency", "William Morris", etc (maybe like 5) and just cross our fingers and see what happens. who knows, this might actually be our ticket to getting a celebrity or two to show up and support the SCRE :)
