trueh2o.com wants to give us water. they were the one i heard on the radio that i was like, ohh them. their site kills my computer, and its kind of gross but whatever!!
how much should i tell them we need? and i would need someone with a bigger car to go with me to pick it up.

This sounds like a very worthy cause and we'd like to help. I'm not the absolute final decision maker, but I carry a lot of influence regarding the projects we pursue. I'm going to recommend that we donate enough water for the entire event...How much do you think you'll need?
The only other thing that would help is if you would be able to pick up the water at our distribution warehouse in Cerritos. Do you think that would be a problem?

Let me know the quantity of water and I'll try to get it finalized ASAP. I look forward to working with you on this great event.
