ok i know this is a little late but i'm just now getting to this board here, hah...but valerie, you need to stop thinking like this..

lets pretend that we have NO money and that we are solely relying on donations...because some of us are! hah...but you cant keep thinking "oh this is just $5...this is just $30...." because it's going to add up and we're going to have a busy time keeping track of all the other money and everything else...it would be nice to advertise with the LA Weekly, but i dont think its really needed, especially if we can get a radio station to maybe mention/sponsor us...

thinking WAY ahead...if this is succesful, and we decided to do this again next year, i think then we could think more about this because hopefully we would get things done a little faster (maybe get a bigger/better place) and have time to do it right.
