Now that we have pretty much EVERYTHING confirmed (except the guest speaker) and we all have a very detailed idea of how our event is going to flow, I think we should have another meeting at Quest very soon. That way we can get even MORE detailed, and start planning the minute-by-minute timeline, and walk through where everything is definitey going to be. Also, we need to get the dimensions of the Banner Holder for Christina's Dad. So how is everyone's availability. Pretty please post on here ASAP what days/hours you are free this week, not including Saturday of course :)
Some things we should discuss at our next meeting:
- Banner (size, logo, color and what it should say)
- Who's going to transport what to the party
- Confirmed responsibilities for everyone during the party
- Where each thing is going to be for SURE during party...Food & Drinks, Plates, Utensils, Chairs, Tables, Trash Cans, Cleaning Supplies, Signs for Sponsors/Donators, Merchandise Table for band(s), Security, Raffle Items, Auction Items, Balloons, Flowers, etc etc etc.
- We have to find out where ALL available parking is
(we need to definitely make a floor plan)
