What time do we need to be at the event?
Can we get the table set up before doors open, and then put our merch man on
it at the appropriate time?
Is there any kind of guest list or reduced price list for us for a few of our
broke musician friends who'd like to attend?

As far as what time you need to get there goes.. we just did a logistics sheet this morning and have you tentatively scheduled to soundcheck from 5:15 to 5:30. Would that work out okay? And then you can arrive as early as 3:00 which is when we can begin setting up. Any time is actually fine. You can set up the table whenever you'd like.
Regarding guest passes, the owner of the venue has put a cap on the amount of "staff" or comps we can give out and since it's a benefit we do want as many paying guests as possible which I am unhappy to say because if it were up to me I'd give you ten!!! Can I give you two comp tickets (I'll leave them at will call under whatever name you tell me) and then the rest of your guests can pay $35? I hope that's alright and I wish I could offer more.
Thanks again for everything. I cannot wait to see your performance that night and we are so grateful for your help. I told you about my best friend Aaron (he came with me to your show in Chicago) who is flying out for the benefit, right? He has spent the last week making his friends (also fans of F&tM) jealous because he gets to come see you. I think he intends to bring something to get autographed. I'm sure he'll be visiting your merch booth too.
