The Highlands

Vibrant emerald foliage covers the rocky Highlands, interrupted only by the steep rocky cliffs and rocky outcroppings. Steep precipes look out over sheer cliffs, with little beach and sharp rocks below. Small trails wind throughout the land, leading from one lush meadow to another.

Weather:

Spring
Spring signals thbe end of winter, with the Highland snows melting and the land beginning to bud. However, the temperature is still chilly, so be wary.

Summer
Summer is the best season in the Highlands, when the land is green and the weather is mild. Usually fair weather, with mild showers possible in the afternoon.

Autumn
Autumn is running into winter, and snowfalls are common. If not snowing, it is usually raining, severe storms coming in from the coast.

Winter
Winter is harsh in the Highlands, with deep snowfalls and dangerous blizzards common. Cold and miserable, the Highlands is probably not a good place to winter over.

Orbs glare straight into his:: Would he lick their wounds in apology, then pretend the matter was delt with? Would he love any femme forever? Doubtly. Would he bore of them after mating, finding them useless females and nothing more? Femme takes a step back, lobes facing back:: She seemed unsure whether to growl or wimper or..or....or..:Orbs look down for a long pause: By the time crainium rises, a single, tiny, crystal tear rolls off her smooth cheek:: Crainium barely nods with disgust:: He would...he would bore of her..he did already. She was nothing but a female to him, nothing more. He would do the same to the others, too. He felt nothing of her, nor for her. She was useless. Good for fetching meat. He didn't love her at all. Femme turns and takes off in full speed blindly:: Paws know not of where they carry here, but do know that nothing can ketch up at that speed:: He would chase her, hunt like the moose they had killed sevral days ago. She didn't care, she knew he would kill her. He felt nothing of her. He would show the pack, reveil a black heart and rip her flesh. Tears stream wildly from her moon hued cheeks:: Sides heavy heavly, but she would not stop. It was either die of running or die...surrounded in your own blood, watching your mate rip flesh from your bones. He would do it, she knew, but she didn't care. He felt nothing of her............

~huge bolders rest upon each other, making an exellent place to cool off. Beneathe the bolders is a small tunnled hole, probably dug out by a bagger. The femme had found someway to squeeze into this tiny hole that only her petite form could fit in. For so many seasons, places like this had been her home and she felt comfortable in them. Approaching it, one would find nothis but a dark hole, and gentle resting noises of a wolf~

on her back lazily. Occasionally she rolls over seeming to be dreaming. Unexpectedly her mouth flops open and her tongue tumbles out and she begins to drool still in a deep sleep.

She appears at first glance to be a big heap of fur since she is shedding her winter coat. Dark grey colored fur is blown off her in bunches and flies away with the wind while she rests.

True, the femme had never been nor seen a pack before. Her mother had tucked her tail before a male, when she and her brothers were but puppies, but he still attacked her. And the male that led her here still bit a multi-colored female, though she tucked her tail. So that couldn't possibly be it. The male licked her wounds when the fell to the ground, so maybe that was it:: She sighs and tries to find the water~
