I put myself through Nursing school, Coding and Analyzing.
I have 19 years experience as an RN, the majority in Adult Critical Care. I have spent the last 9 years in the Electrophysiology Lab, Pacemaker and Defibrillator Clinic.
I worked as a Staff Nurse and as the Supervisior for the department.

Part of my duties were billing and coding our procedures, both DRG's and CPT 9. I am NOT interested in taking a $800.00 course, but would like to know if I would qualify as a RN Coder for your clients.
