Subject: Nursing Student! Need help with a question!

I am a LPN student and was asked to answer a question in clinical, and I have had no luck finding the answer. If there is a expirenced Nurse out there who could help, I would be very gratfull! The question = What are you the nurse going to look, listen, and or fell for during your assessment of a patient with a diagnosis of Peptic Ulcer Disease? Any ideas would be helpfull also. Thanks,
