Subject: dental nursing

After having a really bad day,what with staffing problems and admin. I really needed some body to talk too but after trying to contact my local friends then my best patient dyiny in oral surgery,some body said it dosent matter you are only a dental nurse...not a real nurse.
which really hurt.
We have to qualify as nurses and we have to put up with the same shit as real nurses.. why wont people see as as we are...intelligent individuals with far more from the neck up than anybody else.We are all there to do a job and if we can specialise in certain parts of the body then we deserve the recognition.
