Mid Summer Night’s Queen & King
Friday, July, 25th, 2003
REGISTRATION: 5:00 p.m. PAGEANT: 6:00 p.m.
WHERE: Grayson County Courthouse
#10 Public Square
Leitchfield, KY 42754



AGE DIVISIONS:

Girls: 0-11 months, 12-23 months, 2 year olds, 3 year olds, 4-5 years,
6-7 years, 8-9 years and 10-12

Boys: 0-ll months, 12-23 months, 2-3 years


Each age division will have a queen or king and 2 alternates. Alternates will receive trophies.

OPTIONAL AWARDS: Prettiest Hair, Prettiest eyes and Prettiest Smile
Optionals receive a trophy and a gift. Every participant will receive a gift.

SPONSOR AWARD: The person turning in the most sponsor money will receive A prize package of a photo session, hair and make up and a digitally enhanced 8 X 10 courteousy of ASV Photography. Value: $175.00
We would like all sponsor money turned in by Monday, July 21st. so that
Arrangement can be made for the photo shoot.

COST: The cost of this pageant is $25.00 dollars if paid in advance. $30.00 at the door. No Checks at the door. All paid by check must be paid one week in advance. Checks made payable to Jessica Butler, 8044 Anneta Road, Leitchfield, KY 42754. Pre-register by calling 270-242-3530. If you wish pageant pictures to be mailed to you add an additional $5.00 at the door.


This pageant is a fund raiser to help to send Brinna Butler to Nationals. In lieu of door admission, please bring a canned good to be donated to the Grayson County Food Bank to help
Brinna contribute to her Community. Come and enjoy the fun.
