Form a portfolio of the two stocks in each state of nature. 5%, 17.5%, and 30%. Then solve for standard deviation as if it was a single stock.

You solved this correctly. Maybe there is is a typo in the answer key.

Net income already has the taxes deducted, therefore the annual cash flow is Net Income + Depreciation or 1.43 million + (14 million/15 years). To solve this, we have to assume the company is all equity.
