9. d all of the above

10 i am having problems on. how do yu calculate debt ratio here? sales/asset = 2, ROA = 4%, ROE = 6%. I figured out profit margin to be .02, is this right? Also, the book lists a couple different definitions for ROA and ROE, is one definition more correct than another?

ROA = net income avail to stockholders/total assets ???

Is net income avail to stockholders not the same as net income???

IOs there a differnece betweenthis definition and the Du Pont dequation that defines ROA as:
net income/sales * sales/ total assets????

and what about ROE? ONe definition says
ROE = net income/common equity

and the other
ROE =net income/sales * sales/tot assets * tot assets/equity

anyone?
