Subject: Exam 2 (Summer 1997, #21

In solving 21 for NPV, I am using a zero cash flow for Poject X, year 5. In doing so I am getting a higher NPV for projcet Z, but the answer is B (project X). Am I doing something wrong, or is the cash flow for year 5 missing? Thanks.
