Subject: Head Hunger-Ok one of the things that can cause a person to fail even after WLS(Weightloss Surgery)is head hunger. The surgery is a tool similar but more drastic than drinking a quart of water before eating. As many of us know we can be full to the point of vomiting and still be head hungry. So I am trying to distance myself from the need for favorite foods and emotional eating now before it becomes necessary. Hmmm, sounds easy don't it. Well as I said before if the Good Lord decides to relieve me of my food dependency and heal my metabalism and I begin to lose the weight naturally then I will forgo the surgery. So let's see how far I get with this endeaver.
