Hey Nance...I distinctly remember a restaurant in Maine called the "Roadkill Cafe" whose motto is: "You Kill It...We Grill It!" I'm also certain it's a chain restaurant. No big fuss over their menu selection.

BTW..How's life been treating you? It's been ages!

Seems as though the last I heard, the Roadkill Cafe was closed, but I don't know for sure about that.

Life's treating me fairly nicely most days... lots of changes since last we chattered.
Home's good and work's work... still prescribing to Abraham Lincoln's "most folks are about as happy as they make up their minds to be" school of thought. :-)

And with you? How goes the new life in the new digs?

Make Bill give you a kiss from me!

XOXOXO

Life is going well although a bit stressful these days :)

I changed jobs in January and now work for a small hospital that is a 7 min walk from my home. I'm happy enough with the new postion but it's tough being a newbie all over again. The best part is I can come home for lunch each day and check on the furkids! There's also a lot to be said about zero commmute time.

Bill was just offered and accepted a job with a competing firm here in town. He told his boss today :( Although he was happy at his old firm, his new salary offer was too good for us to pass. He is also busy studying for his licensing exam which is offered this summer.

We are settled in here and we are loving our new house. We'll be here a year at the end of March! Have been keeping busy and met a wonderful circle of friends. I don't miss New York much although I do miss my brother.

How are the boys?

Love,

Patty
