I know what you mean! Any rain right now is more entertaining than anything on TV...LOL.. Went to Charleston for a little CW hunting today. Got soaked twice but I stayed out in it. Then the sun came back out!!!!! I lasted til about 3:00 and had to leave. Found a flat button and I think a sword finger guard or knuckle guard from the Rev. war period.(I think).. My partner found a wedding band, two flat buttons, a slave hoe, and a large cent...Going back in the morning for a little while until it gets hot.
I watch the Treasure Hunters show every time I can remember it..Can't remember too good any more. That's the second thing to go when you start getting old !!!!Your mind..LOL..
When I started watching that show, It took me a couple weeks to find out what machine they were using. When I did, I had to have one.(1266X by Fisher) Bought one and used it about twice, put it in the closet with the CZ7a(by Fisher that I used about 4 times), where they have both been since!!!They weigh about 4 lbs. each compaired to the 2 1/2 lbs. of my Tesoros. I pull them out every now and then just to make sure they still work but rarely use them..I'm thinking about getting a Nautilus detector for relic hunting, but I'm wondering where I'm going to get my "Popeye" arms that I'll need to lug that thing around...lol................HH'ing.............Glenn...
