Hey Glenn
Lets see Friday got permission to hunt a spot where a old Tavern was,it was there during the Battle Of Camden.Good spot for us to hunt.Troup movements all in this area during the Rev. War.It's now a old feild, thick in grass hard to keep the coil to the ground. We found a few hand cut nails one very large spike. Some copper pieces.I think we might be able to pull a few good things out of this spot.
Hit the state park Sat. not much just a few clad pennies.
then went to one of the town parks that afternoon, got about 6$ in Clad coins one wheaty.Sunday bout dinner went back to the same park got 3.27 pennys and clads. Two hours of day light left went to the polo feild 6.40 in clad 20 pennys.16
pennys I got on the back side of the feild where all wheatys. Then got a crazy high rolling tone never heard it before.I decided to dig it anyway.Out comes a Celtic Cross and I think a gold chain. They could be gold plated. My partner on the other side of the feild lets out a holler and her and that dang Bounty Hunter comes up with a 39 mercury dime, the only silver coin for the weekend. It was a lot of fun.
The Golden umax is doing a good job.Think I got the notch filter figure out ..........................Little John
