Subject: finds today could be driven...photo

From the land of the Bluenose.....thought I'd head down to my hometown area and do a warm up dig for this weekends anual Big Dig. Shared the island with the crows and seagulls but not a soul. Dig started slow as Id hammered the place unmercifully managing only a few pennies in the first half hour before the dig was interrupted by the park workers who arrived to do a bit of a clean up as the park closes on Thanksgiving day....wondering why the gate was open on the causeway! Anyway I pointed out to them that the animals had once again torn up one of the fields looking for grubs and that someone was golfing in the park adding a further mess to the lawns.

Anyway after a minor filabuster I continued with a little more luck finding a dinkie, dog tag, golf balls and a few more coins. Just a nice outing with nothing happening!
