I think my dad is on to something. I must confess, his picks come in before everyone elses! His secret: pick a team based on the region of the country you like best. Guess no one will be picking Gary, Indiana, huh?

I make my picks for the following reasons:

Patriots - I live close to Boston
San Diego - Scott & Diana live there
Pittsburgh - Steve & Lisa used to live there
Arizona - I went to phoenix on a business trip once
Denver - Colorado seems like a great place to live
Minnesota - I like stories about Vikings and their Longboats

OK - Does anyone have a better system for picks?
