Provide an online marketplace for buyers and sellers of non-traditional assets and asset services, including real estate holdings, ecological services e.g. wetlands, telecom companies to find properties for PCS stations and wireless towers, etc. SAIC has moved into this space for brownfields and greenhouse gas trading/emission credits, but the door is still open in other areas.
