I haven't watched today's episode yet, I tape it everyday and watch it at night, but how in the world could the DNA test show that Beth is little Martin's mother. She never had a baby and we all know the baby was stolen from Sheridan. We've all been waiting so long for the truth to come out, so could someone please explain what is going on. Thank you!

Well I've thought of a few... either Alistair tampered with the results, or has something on Dottie and forced her to change the results, or the trade school, lab tech mistakingly put sheridan and beth's dna in the wrong envelope. Ofcourse now there is a chance that Sheridan and Beth are half sisters, so Sheridan and Beth DNA are somewhat similar, but even so, Sheridan's would have been similar to Marty's too. I'm not sure, many could probably think of other ways this could have happened. I'm upset about it too though, this has been going on for too long now, they can only drag it out for so long!

Kimberly, you have a good point there. I had almost forgotten that Alistair is the father of both Sheridan and Beth. What a stretch, but that's a soapy for ya (wink). I agree, knowing Alistair, he very easily could have tampered with the results of the DNA test. So you have given two good ideas to ponder. Guess it will be another year or so until we find out.>-)

Well just thinking about how long they drawn out the "who's the daddy" storyline on Days, and then turns out that JT wasn't even Hope's, it could stretch out even more than a year, however when all of the memories start flowing back to Sheridan, Beth's gonna be in the hot seat again, and as Edna says "The angels of mercy won't be there to help her" (ofcourse Alistair will be though)
