Marlena is the killer. She was in "colorado" when she was reprogramed or replaced by stefano...
That is the only reason John would have to kill MArlena..if he found out she was the killer and tried to kill him.
All of the other suspects have been eliminated..It has to be her...She is a doctor and could have taken just enough poison to fake her own attack and not die..
