It is not Theresa's fault that Sarah died. Theresa went to LA because she wanted to leave Ethan and Gwen alone. It's not her fault that Gwen and Ethan showed up. Theresa offered to leave LA but Ethan told her to stay. As for the catfight, yes I can honestly blame Gwen because she should have never left the hospital. It doesn't matter how angry she was, she knew how precarious her situation was and she knew that she was putting herself and the baby in danger when she left. She went to the apartment planning to have it out with Ethan and Theresa, did she expect nothing to happen to her baby? Theresa tried to get away from Gwen but Gwen wouldn't let her leave. Theresa had to defend herself. She didn't purposely push Gwen down and make her lose the baby. I'm not saying that it is all Gwen's fault but it is definitely not all Theresa's fault. Theresa, Gwen, and Ethan all played a big part in Sarah's death.
I don't think that the rumor is true either because how would Theresa get enough money to pay off the doctors and nurses to make a baby switch.

I agree, it's not Theresa's fault. Theresa tried to get Gwen to calm down, and think about the baby, but Gwen didn't want to hear it. Gwen is crazy to actually think that Ethan will EVER be over Theresa. I mean just moments before he proposed to her, he was going to propose to Theresa (and Gwen knew it). I know I would never accept the proposal from a man who was just 5 minutes ago going to propose to another woman (pregnant or not). Plus Theresa LOST Ethan after he found out she was pregnant, that wasn't using Little Ethan for her advantage to keep him. Sure Ethan helps out Theresa (like helping fight for custody), but my opinion, that is just pay back to Gwen for just being stupid. Now wanna talk about someone who is a terrible mother and person, look no further than Beckypoo. she could careless about Little Ethan, and other than keeping Gwen and Ethan together, I don't think she cared about Sarah. "eye for an eye" I can't believe of all characters, Rebecca would quote the Bible. As far as Theresa paying off the doctors and nurses, I doubt that, not only was all the hospital staff cold to her, but she's broke. Plus she WAS worrying how she was going to pay for her lawyer. I just don't think Theresa is capable of that.
