I think that Alister, Rebecca, Gwen, Ivy, David, Kay,
Dr.Ackland, Beth, Liz and Hecuba are all villains of Harmony. I don't think that Tabitha or Endora are exactly villains. Nobody's perfect and The reason I don't think that Tabitha and Endora are villains because Tabitha is nice sometimes and she is not pretending to be nice and the only reason Endora is a little bit evil is because she takes after Tabitha when Tabitha is sometimes evil.

She's evil, but there is hope for her b/c she loved Timmy. But remember even evil can love. And Endora was born looking like a demon in Hell, plus don't forget she and Tabby's purposes are to wreak pian, havok, and destruction.
