I agree Lis... after what happened with Tony (sneaking into the cubicle and killing him) I would wander who would be in there with a surgical mask, when there's nothing surgical going on in the room. And why wouldn't someone notice something weird about Jan and the costume?? and Nicole fighting with her... come on, anyone with common sense would have found out who that was, especially with Nicole being suspected of murder, I would have thought Bo would have guessed it, when he was talking to Nicole.
