Well rumor has it,that Nancy does comes back.But to tell Brady the bad news. Chole did die in the crash.Shawn breakes out of his cozey cage and tryes to get back to Bell.

But I just read on a site that as Nancy is telling Brady that Chloe is dead, we actually see Chloe bandaged up somewhere calling out for Brady. I will be so glad when the olympics are over and some of these cliffhangers are resolved.
