Okay, for all of you Days fans out there, how do you feel about JER returning as Days' headwriter? For those who don't know, JER was headwriter for Days from 1993 to 1997. During his time there, he made Marlena become possessed by the devil and he got rid of Matthew Ashford (Jack) and hired a new Jack who totally destroyed the character, IMO. I think he might also have been responsible for the Kristin/Susan storyline where Kristin supposedly died in a swimming pool when in reality (soap reality, lol) it was Susan's twin sister. I forget her name. Anyhoo, that was a really great storyline. If anybody else remembers other storylines that JER was responsible for, please post about them. I think we all could use a little reassurance that JER is just what Days needs right now.

As for me, I'm kinda sorta excited about his return because I'm hoping he can bring Days up in the ratings and turn it into something even more wonderful, but I'm also scared that he's going to mess with characters and/or couples. I guess we'll just have to wait and see. So how do YOU feel?
