I remembered when Marlena was not going to return, the fans picked the Studio and the show rewrote so that it was her twin that got murdered.
This new writer, has done a great injustice by letting go stable, well loved characters, that made viewers so wanting to watch the show, Abe particularly was a rare individual that he due to his race, was given such a role that kept him in tv view and show'd kindness among the town where he lived, it show'd that people of color had dignity, and people accepted him and his family and his ideas and even was willing to be a loyal friend, partner and worker with him, we NEED more of this in all shows, but DAYS was first to pull it off for so many years. Then with Jen and Jack, they show'd a couple could be together, young great looking and truely care for one another and not wanting to hop in bed with someone else, again we need more shows showing this, Maggie, the little farm gal that improved with age, and was again the pride of her family, well she's gone.
Now, right from the begining with John is was one blunder right after the next, many situations impossible to believe, but yet Marleana who I have to believe Sammy when she said Marleana sold out to the highest bidder, well to me she was right on the $$$$. By the way, how can we believe this Marleana the great Pshy. how can she take care of anyone else when she can't figure out her own problems, I mean come on, abducted, supposidly had children, and request no DNA but come on in and join the family, sounds like a physician I would like to have working on me(NOT)
Well, that is my vent for the day, sorry I rambled but I loved Days, it had warmth, excitement and made you want to turn in to watch the ones that were evil not completely get away with their dirty tricks, but now it's no woman or no man to themselves everyone has each other and raises or should I say claims each others children they have had reguardless if they really know who they are or not. I more than likely will only read spoilers, from now on. With the cast going I guess so will I.
