DAYS SHOCKING PREVIEW

If you don�t want to know what�s going to happen next on DAYS, stop reading. In an explosive interview with TV Guide�s Michael Logan, Head Writer/Consulting Producer James E. Reilly gave a doozy of a preview for the next three months in Salem. The story sent shock waves through the studio because most of the story points had not even appeared in outlines yet. Sources say actors were taken aback by the depth of the information revealed and that the details of Tony�s gruesome death came as news to his portrayer, Thaao Phenghlis. Including in the story:

1. Roman will be murdered on New Year�s Eve, marking the second year in a row where a character dies on the holiday. (Last year, Colin was offed on New Year�s Eve.)

2. The circus comes to town in January, and like illusionist Roy Horn, Tony will be mauled by a tiger. But he won�t die from his wounds: The killer will poison his IV in the hospital and the audience will finally learn his or her identity.

3. Three more murders will happen by March. Sources say that two will be in February and one in March.

4. Christmas will be merry: There will be a marriage proposal, happy news for a Horton, and the return of Nadia Bjorlin as Chloe.

5. The scribe will be adding new members to current clans. (Digest has already reported that the show is looking for Mimi�s brother.)
A request for an interview with Reilly was declined at press time, but a show spokesperson says: �As we hoped and anticipated, Jim Reilly�s storytelling, although shocking to some, has proven itself with rating success. We anticipated nothing but growth as this story continues. We are confident that people are hooked and urge them to stick with us through the evolution of this greater story that is being told.�
