but doesnt sami think she shot him? she said when she came inside "i did this for us brandon"..and she threw out her glo0ves and she acts nervous talking to roman...

i only catch the 2nd half of every episode because i tape passions and i start it 1/2 hour early just in case...but have i missed something? because it seems to me like sami thinks she killed him

I really don't think she's the one who shot Colin just because a lot of the evidence points to her. True, she had Roman's gun and a bullet is now missing from it, so what DID she shoot? She was up to something that night, but I don't think it was murder. I could be wrong though. ;-)
