Yes, Theresa is going to stay there because when Julian told the news about he and Theresa not really being married, he had papers that made it sound like he has full custody of the baby and Theresa would have to leave Little Ethan at the mansion and Julian would have full custody, but Ethan found a loophole that said that Theresa couldnt take Little Ethan off Crane grounds, and since Sheridan's cottage is on the Crane estate Sheridan said Theresa and the baby can stay there. :-)
The explosion was a gas refinery, they released all patients that wasnt seriously injured because they needed all the beds for the injuries coming in because of the explosion, and since Sheridan and Antonio isn't critical anymore they are released.
Thats about all so far, they still havent told Antonio the truth, but they tried right before everything started happening with the explosion, but Luis said they could tell him later, then they tried again as soon as they got to the cottage, then they found out about what Julian was doing to Theresa and rushed to the cottage.

I thought, Sheridan's Cottage was destroyed by the fire where the ceiling beam fell down and trapped her leg, and Fox jumped through the window to save Luis and Sheridan. Because Beth, started the gasoline fire. So, how are they back to a place that burned????
