Alright, I can accept the slander of the Star Trek aficianados, their devotion to their "art" stretches to something of the extreme. However, when your derision expands to the annals of literary magnum opi, there the proverbial line is drawn. As one of the only truly great works not stemming from existentialism or the so-called "lost generation," The Hobbit and its proceeding trilogy, The Lord of the Rings, broke ground formerly forbidden, reaching back as far as the Restoration, when adult-themed german folklore was cleaned up to tell to children. Thanks to Mr. Tolkien, the higher intellect could be used once again to appreciate a tale of "fantasy." And I am certain it only is fantasy to you Californians: I would not expect any of you to have the mental prowess to understand the parallelism to pre-World War Two England. Perhaps you are not properly sufficient to be taking chair shots; you seem to need to conserve precious matter upstairs. Stick to the big forearm and legdrops. My personal address is:
