Why can't I have novel characters that do that? It'd be nice to have a character that matures and grows throughout the span of the novel.

Maybe I can write a fantasy novel about Kaligo.

I'm sure Winter had some sort of effect, if only because Kaligo realized that here was someone he could love and protect, and he needed to grow up in order to properly do so. And here is someone who will love him unconditionally, despite what he is and because who he is, and he needs to know that, even if he doesn't know it yet. That gives him additional strength, too. I really don't know, but I think that's what it is.

Congratulations. Your character has had a huge and profound effect on my character's psyche. ^_^

Wherever ITW went, I wish it'd come back. Although Voy seems to be doing all right.
