Subject: HELP!! 1989 Happy Holidays Barbie Question

I am looking to purchase a 1989 Happy Holidays Barbie to complete my collection but I have noticed that she comes in 2 kinds of boxes - one just says Happy Holidays at the top the other says Happy Holidays in English & french!! I was wondering if there was a difference in value between the 2 - please help - this is very urgent!
