You thought I was a strange, young male who hung around an even stranger not-so-young male. That's even weirder than it really was!!

I'm older than CaptBlood by seven or eight years... she lives in New York... she's definitely strange. I invited her to our home one year for Thanksgiving. She made up some lame excuse at the last minute about why she couldn't come.

The next summer, when all of us POW's (PlayOnWords, ex-Buccs) got together at my house and at Blonde's - we still laughed about her. It was almost like an obsession, being in her good graces and staying on her team. What a poor lost soul I was. But, like I tell folks, I was newly back to work after being a stay-at-home mom for 13 years and all of my school mom friends were out of my life. I found Acro and it was something that fit into my schedule.

Yeah, the big 5-0. It's not as bad as I imagined it would be. I spent the entire year saying "I'm turning 50 this year", so I pretty much lost 49. So, maybe I'll do 49 again. heh heh

In my next life I will be a teacher. I have the greatest respect for them after having worked in a classroom for a short time. We've been blessed and our girls have had some wonderful teachers. Yup, next life I'm there!
