Ahh, now the debate.

Define questionable items/behaviour.

It's a case by case thing, I have been in many a home before in my job as a rent to own delivery person, but never had occasion to call the police. However, in the case of any clear cut illegalities, then the service tech should inform police.

Although, if I have a service tech in for any reason, I'm right there with them as they work. Maybe not comfortable for them, but definitely more comfortable from my point of view.
