SW & I just returned back to Hong Kong via San Francisco, spending 9 fabulous days touring in and around the city.

Highlights included driving north up the PCH stopping in Boonville at the "World Famous Hamburger and Grilled Pasta" place, trying Tomales Bay oysters at the Hog Island Co., touring Beringer & Sterling Wineries in Napa Valley, seeing productions of "Beach Blanket Babylon" and "Movin' Out", and dining at Chez Panisse in Berkeley as well as lunch at Pancho Villa Taqueria in the Castro/Mission area. We also visited Fisherman's Wharf (inc. the Musee' Mecanique), the Embarcadero, Coit Tower, Alcatraz/SF Bay Cruise, and the Japanese Tea Garden and Palace of Fine Arts in Golden Gate Park. Definitely a "must do" city, we can't wait to return!
