Fries with ranch dressing?

I'm still a ketchup person, but I tried ranch with my fries about 2 or 3 years ago at a local bar & grill that my sister works at occasionally. They're pretty good, but the only time that I eat ranch is when I go there. The fries that they use are definitely bigger than fast food types, but not quite as big as steak fries; although, they are closer to steak fries. You can probably get the picture.

I couldn't see me eating ranch with fast food fries though. The saltiness and oiliness (esp McDonald's) would definitely clash. Gotta have ketchup with those.

Also, there's a place where I live that puts cheese (pretty sure it's a blend of cheddar and jack) and bacon on their fries as an option. That's good too.
