中国不适合民主体制的唯一理由，就是国民素质低下。在没有民主理念的人群中搞民主，只能是一片混乱。
但这不是中国不搞民主的理由。国民素质低下，接受民主的能力差－－那么，我们的政府就应该提高国民的素质。培养他们接受民主的能力。而不是因噎废食。裹足不前！
如果政府和伟光正不愿意作，我们每个致力于中国伟大复兴事业的人，就都应该担负起民主启蒙的重任。
不要认为我们的力小言微就放弃，我们应该相信－－ 星星之火，可以燎原！
