Sam Barham has officially left the band. Due to not enjoying gigs and rehersing. He has decided to quit. Which is fair enough seeing as we have to reherse and do gigs! On a personal level having been in bands with sam for nearly 10 years i felt as if though i had the proverbial rug pulled away from under my feet and my metaphorical walking stick kicked out of my hand. Needless to say i was a little shocked. However after consulting the oracles and after some deep thinking Fruit Tree will carry on. The youthful exuberance and enthusiasm of the remaining members and the fact that any band with excellant songs and a singer like Kate should never fold. Sam B. has left us with a legacy we need to pursue and uphold. Quality control will be as strict as always. The split is amicable . We are all still friends but metal has lost an ancient warrior. Onto new pastures we battle holding different weopons in our hands. And singing new battles songs into the plains. Fruit Tree are supporting NILE on the 9th December at The Square in Harlow.
