It is a tough question. I just moved to Arizona from NJ and I was always tought, if you have the winning darts in your hand go for it. Nop matter what. Dont give that guy another chance. He could step in it and beat you if he gets lucky. If you shoot it out and win, no chance for them there.

I play on Tuesday nights and my captian has the opposite view. Go for points and wait for a break. When I play and win my why I look good. When I lose he looks like the genious.

I have now softened up and try both ways depending on who I play and how good I am playing.

The question is. What would the elite and best shoters in the state or world do???

I would guarantee they would go for the win. SO why not practice what the best do. No right answer on this one, just opinions. enjoy the game is the most important point of it all.
